WOMEN LAND RIGHTS IN RELATION TO CHILDREN’S WELFARE

INTRODUCTION Land is the most important asset for people in Kenya because majority of people depend in agriculture for their livelihood. Land has been the source of identity, cultural heritage and an important source of security against poverty in Kenya. However, land ownership in Kenya is patriarchal, in that men
